This lovely multilayer hand-made Ketubah, GROWING TREE, symbolize the idea of marriage as a tree growing together, slowly and strongly, 
with embracing couple.
Inside the embraced couple the verse:
                                                    "VE HAYU LE' BASAR EHAD"            
                                          (And shall become one flesh)- Book of Genesis 
It symbolizes the basic idea of marriage- where the two sides leave thief former homes and parents; cleave into one another to create a new home. 
Also there is an old commentary, which says that the couple was once a whole identity, splitting apart, and joining back together in marriage to become whole once again.
The multilayered Ketubah is made out of a colorful combination of rice paper, 
marble like paper and acid free paper. Comes in GREEN, BLUE, ORANGE and PURPLE tones.
